You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
- When request due to exchange of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products.
- Any item not in its original packing and label.
- When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost.
- Has been used.
- Damaged for reasons not due to our error.
You are required providing order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
